Parameter Explanation : This parameter controls the maximum acceptable loss before all trades are automatically closed. It’s a safety feature designed to protect the account from significant losses.

• How it works : When the account balance or equity falls to a certain percentage of its original value, the system will close all active trades to prevent further loss.

• Example 1: If this parameter is set to 50% (as in the screenshot), the EA will close all trades if your account’s value drops to 50% of the initial balance.

Suppose you start with $1,000. If the account equity falls to $500 (50% of $1,000), the EA will automatically close all trades to stop further loss.

• Example 2 : If you want to be more conservative, you could set this to 20%. In that case, if your initial balance is $1,000 and it drops to $200 (20% of $1,000), the EA will close all open trades.
